For older patients, leaving a general hospital is not the end of their care. They need specialist rehabilitation, dignity, compassion and time to recover safely.\r\n\r\nThe exceptional team on Lansdowne Ward works together to help patients regain their independence, return home safely with the care they need, or move to appropriate nursing homes.
