Rejected petition Provide immediate emergency financial support for the Welsh Mountain Zoo during the Covid crisis.

The Welsh Mountain Zoo is a charity that is close to collapse as a result of the Covid crisis. As the only Zoo in North Wales it is vital to our economy, in providing educational experiences. They have recently invested heavily n new facilities for animals, including several endangered species, animals whose future is currently at risk.

Why was this petition rejected?

There’s already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue, or if the Petitions Committee has considered one in the last year.
