Rejected petition Ban the sale of devices to aid the abuse of n2o canisters & make possession of n2o canisters illegal

People abusing n2o (nitrous oxide) on a wide basis and aside from the obvious personal dangers of this abuse i.e. death, the canisters are then disposed of across the countryside usually in large quantities. Companies such as Amazon are openly selling devices designed to make human ingestion easier and such devices should be banned. By making the possession of these canisters outside of a catering environment illegal then it empowers the police to stop the abuse and littering of these products.
