Rejected petition Welsh Parliament to take responsibility for the protection of the ‘Cofiwch Dryweryn’ mural
In November 2019, the Welsh Parliament decided not to make the ‘Cofiwch Dryweryn’ mural a designated Welsh landmark and in doing so, refused to take responsibility for its protection. After yet another act of vandalism on this historic and extremely important symbol of our Welsh identity, this time of racist and facist symbols, we call upon the government to take action and ensure that this doesn’t happen again. Send a message that this is not tolerated in our country, where everyone is welcome.
