I feel the time has come to reconsider the issue of wedding receptions. Many have to cancel their once in a lifetime event and while some have been able to reschedule, for others, it may have been impossible. Everyone in a wedding is there by invitation only, therefore If anyone started to show symptoms they could all be traced within hours. Usually tables are easily 1-2 metres apart (as in a restaurant) with families seated together.

With governments now taking decisions to reopen pubs, Restaurant's, cinemas, theatres and other venues where strangers will be mingling the decision to continue banning wedding receptions seems illogical.
