Rejected petition Cease imposing lockdowns.

The Welsh Government is currently imposing draconian restrictions on everyday life in Wales. Lockdowns must stop, all businesses should open before the country is ruined economically and livelihoods are lost. Social interaction must be allowed, both at home and in hospitality/leisure facilities.

We must learn to live with the virus, protect vulnerable groups whilst allowing the majority of the population to live as normal a life as possible with reasonable precautions.

Why was this petition rejected?

There’s already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue, or if the Petitions Committee has considered one in the last year.
