Rejected petition Call an emergency election to appoint a new First Minister for Wales
We, the Welsh people, have become enslaved to our government. Under present leadership, we are banned from visiting family and even buying certain items in supermarkets. The police are also allowed to enter our homes without a warrant. This is as a direct result of the actions of the current First Minister. We would like an emergency election to appoint a new First Minister.
Why was this petition rejected?
It’s about appointments or resignations.
We can't accept petitions about appointments or resignations through the Senedd’s petitions process. This includes calling for Ministers to be sacked, resign or for a vote of no confidence.
If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that is the responsibility of the Senedd or the Welsh Government, you could start a petition about that.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards
