Rejected petition Allow households which include a formerly shielded member to educate their children at home, via hwb

We are petitioning to have the option of educating children at home with support from school's, if a household member was on the shielding list.

My husband has severe lung damage and uses a ventilator at home so if one of our daughters is sent home because of a positive test in class, this could be devastating for our family.

I am sure we are not the only parents is this situation, and we are looking for support of this.

Why was this petition rejected?
