Rejected petition Use coursework to produce grades for AS and A levels for the year 2020-2021.

Following the disastrous use of an algorithm to standardise pupils grades last year, I propose that grades are given based on coursework this year. There isn’t sufficient time for teacher led assessments to be put in place effectively.
It would be a relief to many pupils to know they are being marked fairly
