Rejected petition Scrap the "No Alcohol" rule and forced 6pm closures for bars and restaurants

The Welsh Government needs to accept they have made a mistake and scrap the new restrictions on bars and restaurants that are damaging an already struggling hospitality sector. These new rules have shut down many businesses over a time when they would be hoping to repair the damage caused by being shut over the summer. Many businesses won't survive this, and its not fair for hospitality to keep taking the hit when there is no evidence they are to blame for the rise in cases.

Why was this petition rejected?
