Rejected petition Review North Wales Tier 4 Lockdown as we are being punished for South Wales Mistakes

According to Statistics North Wales covid infection rate is a lot lower than South Wales so why are the people in the North being punished it isnt right at all and does not make sense a Tier system is there for a reason so Chester is Tier 2 yet because we are across the border and classed as Wales we are all being punished and so are our businesses
