Rejected petition Extend Land Transaction Tax a further 6 months past 31st March and increase the threshold to £350k

House sales are a proven method of securing stability within the financial markets and an increase of 6 months on the current guidelines would secure long term stability. In addition in line with Help to buy Schemes the value should be increased from the current £250k threshold to £350k threshold.
