Rejected petition Improve safety measures at Llandaff fields by increasing lighting and CCTV provision

Llandaff fields has been heavily relied upon for mental and physical well-being throughout the pandemic during daylight hours. However, the lighting provisions are poor, with sparse lighting only provided along one section of the circular footpath and no CCTV provision. During winter months, when darkness falls by the end of the working day, women do not feel safe enough to use the footpath. The whole community - including dog walkers and fitness groups would benefit from improved lighting.
