Rejected petition Help get senior athletes back on the track

Please can we help to get senior athletes back on an athletics track as it could affect there mental health.

Some senior athletes are not funded but are trying to get on an athletics track but are not aloud due to not being funded. They many be trying to go to an major championships.

Why was this petition rejected?
