Rejected petition Allow political canvassing in the Welsh Elections

Leafleting has been allowed, but not canvassing. This seems unfair, the Welsh Government must allow a safe campaign as England has already done. This will allow all parties to properly compete, with Covid-Rates so low - what is the delay?
