Rejected petition Introduce a new law called Widget's law in honour of my dog Widget.

The reason I want this law passed is to make sure that no animal has to suffer whether the owners have insurance or not.
My now deceased dog called Widget suffered twelve hours of seizures due to the emergency vets not seeing him without an up front charge of £150 consultation fee and additional costs if he needed any additional treatment so I want to honour him with a new law that makes emergency vet care free so that no animal has to suffer again like Widget did.
