Bring in laws that support an easier legal process to evict tenants who cause damage to property or fail to pay their rent.

I have had a property company looking after my own properties and other landlords and have been in the business over 12 years. The process is weighted in favour of tenants, and does not support the extensive costs to repair properties and to enable a swifter eviction for tenants not paying rent.

Why was this petition rejected?

It did not collect enough signatures to be referred to the Petitions Committee.

Petitions need to receive at least 250 signatures before they can be considered in the Senedd.
