Rejected petition Introduce customer service training for all staff at Cardiff’s Public Licensing Carriage Office.
The experience of attending the Public Carriage Office in Cardiff is far below any standard expected from a government establishment or any customer facing business. The staff are constantly rude, obnoxious, talk down to and patronise licensed drivers on a daily basis.
Something really needs to be done to improve the experience for all.
We are calling on all Private Hire and Hackney drivers in Cardiff to stand up and push for change and better treatment from The Public Carriage Office.
