Trials of 20mph zones in flintshire...this is so dangerous and is going to make home care impossible for carers to get between homes....you get paid for the time you are on the visit...not travel time...milage does not cover miles covered,....this will stop carers being able to earn decent wages...

Already seeing road rage increase, people going across the border to shop, and nearly hit some girls who were walking In the road.
