Rejected petition Ban the giving of Goldfish as prizes at fairs and carnivals in Wales

Goldfish are living feeling animals and like any other pet they need looking after and thier needs properly met. Giving out a Goldfish as a prize to someone who isn't prepared for the process involved in looking after them is cruel.
