Rejected petition Change petitions procedure to ensure petitions considered are supported by primarily Welsh people

In February 2022, a petition was created for "a Welsh Government inquiry into the campaign of trans rights activists at Cardiff University". In looking at the geographical data, 57% of the signatures come from England, with only 27% being from people living in Wales. This is clearly an exploitative attempt to game the system, in this case by a variety of groups from outside Wales, and not a genuine concern of the Welsh people. Action should be taken so petitions like this are scrutinised
