Rejected petition Revisit the Welsh Language Act to ensure that communications are cost effective.

I am constantly receiving hospital letters, DVLA letters etc duplicated in Welsh, which whilst I support the right of people living in Wales to receive these in Welsh as first or second language Welsh speakers, in times of economic distress non-Welsh speaker not having an opt-out is a needless waste of money that could be better spent elsewhere.
