Rejected petition Build a new, safe, play area / park in Pentrebane for 7-11 year olds.

There are only 2 play areas in Pentrebane currently. One is Hill View Park which is broken, burned and unfit for use. The other is AB Park which is very small, is only for little children and often is full of broken glass.

The children of Pentrebane would love to have a safe, fun area to play in, free from broken glass and vandalism.

More details

There is plenty of space available in Pentrebane for a play area to be built and there are hundreds of local children (and parents) who would benefit from this.

Why was this petition rejected?

It’s about something that the Senedd or Welsh Government is not responsible for.

Local play parks are a local government issue. Cardiff Council has its own petitions process.
