Rejected petition Traffic lights on the Rechem/New Inn roundabout and a pedestrian foot bridge
On 9th March I was run over whilst running. I needed to use the pedestrian walk way to cross the roundabout. The accident resulted in me being treated by air ambulance paramedics at the scene and taken to the Heath hospital. The roundabout has been redesigned but is still not safe. Since being redesigned there have been multiple accidents on this roundabout. Pedestrians, runners and cyclists frequently use this walk way to get from New Inn to Cwmbran.
