Rejected petition Start a TrawsCymru bus service between Newtown and Aberystwyth

While there is a train service between Newtown and Aberystwyth, many places in between these two destinations are not part of this service and many have to drive by car or taxi to get to their nearest train station, Llanidloes in particular. As well as this, there is currently no bus service between Newtown and Aberystwyth and as a result many of these areas are essentially cut off from any form of public transport routes.

More details

A new bus service which could be integrated with the train services on the Cambrian Line would better connect these areas to public transport and improve overall transport links in these very rural parts of Mid Wales.
