Rejected petition Make pubnlic the Ernst and Young Report into the financial affairs of the BCUHB.

I am a patint of The Hanmer Surgery and a member of the Hanmer Surgery Patient Action Group. Since 2018 we have been campaigning for new surgery premises. Our GP has been trying to get new premises since 2014. Until very recently BCUHB has refused to engage with us or our GP. I now see that there has been much financioal impropriety at BCUHB and want all people served by the health board to know what corruption permeates the executives and administration.

HSPAG has prepared a formal complaint about the way the health board has dealth with our GP . There have been questions in the Senedd and articles in the press, wold you like me to list them?

Why was this petition rejected?

It asks the Senedd to do something that it is not able to do.

The petitions process is not the appropriate forum for investigating alleged impropriety in public bodies. As stated in the petition rules, petitions alleging specific cases of maladministration or service failure by public bodies are not admissible. Complaints about how a public body is being run should be directed to the Public Services Ombudsman Wales ombudsman.wales

As a result, it is not possible for the Senedd to take the action called for by your petition.
