Firstly, Improved Education and Awareness: I request the Welsh Government considers implementing further comprehensive education programs that raise awareness about coeliac disease among healthcare professionals, schools, workplaces, and the general public as a whole by using a variety of platforms.

Secondly, Accessible Gluten-Free Options: I call for the Welsh Government to advocate for increased availability of gluten-free options in restaurants, cafeterias, and food establishments.
