the new 20mph limit will cause more pollution due to vehicles running in lower gears at higher rpm, and this will also cause more noise pollution from them.

before this policy is carried out the whole of wales should have been consulted to allow everyone to voice their opinions, a poll of a small selection of people does not represent all welsh people
