Rejected petition Bring back 30mph on main through roads leaving 20mph on school routes and residential areas

Since the new 20 mph law cars are using more fuel, emissions are higher, traffic through towns and villages are now bumper to bumper most drivers are driving with out due care and attention because of the slow traffic delivery drivers delivering food are delivering cold food to our elderly residents who deserve a warm meals after all they have done for the country

Look at any town or village and anybody can see the traffic most cars can not keep low RPM doing 20mph
