2. Fiscal Dependency: UK government, through the Barnett Formula, has restricted fiscal autonomy, affecting its ability to fund certain initiatives or projects independently.

3. Economic Disparities: As part of the UK Wales’ economic policies, including taxation and spending, are determined by Westminster impacting Wales' economic development.

4. Resource Allocation: Decisions of allocation in public spending in Wales are influenced by UK-wide priorities and policies, which does not not always align with Wales' specific needs and aspirations.

5. Trade and International Relations: Wales, has not have the same level of influence, as it would if it were an independent country.

Only through further autonomy from the United Kingdom, Wales can successfully achieve better governance from such matters.
