Mark Drakeford is slowly but surely dragging Wales back in time. We are behind the rest of the UK in every aspect including education, infrastructure, employment and the NHS to name a few. I think it's time he took responsibility and stopped blaming Westminster. Wales needs a shake up before it's too late!
