Rejected petition We need a formal apology from Mark Drakeford and his government for their new 20mph policy.

The government has acted in a very undemocratic manner by refusing to debate the terrible new 20mph change and is wasting public funds change tens of thousands of road markings and signs. The first minister need to fomal apologise for the wrong he has done.

Why was this petition rejected?

It asks the Senedd to do something that it is not able to do.

This would be a matter for the First Minister, and the petition system is not the appropriate mechanism to make such a call.

If you wish to make a complaint about a Member of the Senedd you can do so by contacting the Standards Commissioner. Further information can be found here: https://standardscommissionerwales.org/

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards
