Rejected petition Come clean about your Manifesto promises Welsh Labour - WHERE'S THE M4 RELIEF ROAD?

Welsh Labour stated in their 2016 manifesto "we will deliver an M4 relief road" - never happened.
Yet with the disastrous 20mph default speed limit now introduced by Welsh Labour they repeatedly state when questioned about it "It was in our manifesto and we are simply doing what we said we would do."
Double standards - the public are simply brushed aside by Welsh Labour.
