Rejected petition Increase funding to build basketball courts in Wales
Basketball players in Noth Wales have extremely limited access to free outdoor Basketball courts. Hiring indoor courts is extremely expensive and therefore the building of courts in towns like Holywell would greatly benefit the community, grow the sport and give people who cannot afford to hire an indoor court a place to play.
More details
In Flintshire we only have one outdoor court which is in Flint. There is only a small joint football and Basketball court in Rhyl, Denbighshire
