Rejected petition 20mph zone referendum in wales.

The new 20mph zones are ridiculous, everyone hates them and the only way people will accept them is by voting on the subject. Ministers in Wales should accept this as the only way forward, and we believe if the vote passes it will be accepted by everyone.
