Rejected petition Stop the 500 single male refugees from being housed in Star Hwb in Splott

500 single male refugees to be housed in Star Hwb in Splott, Cardiff. This is an unsuitable place to be housed, both for the refugees themselves and the area. Cardiff City Council has waiting lists for social housing of 8000 households and cannot afford to house Welsh residents, where is the money coming from to convert the Hwb? Where is the consultation with local communities on this issue?
