Rejected petition allow all welsh people to learn welsh for free

to save our heritage and culture for generations to come and raise the number of fluent welsh speakers in wales . it seams like the population of fluent welsh speakers or people able to speak welsh is declining in 2023 with people able to learn their native language for free it will have a resounding affect on the welsh people to keep alive their history and culture
