Rejected petition Cat rescue centre need in the Rhondda. It's now urgent due to the number of cats and kittens .

We are a small group of volunteers who help all cats and kittens we are struggling with the number cats and kittens we are dealing with it would help If we could get funds to help with getting a cat rescue centre in the Rhondda there is no kitten season any more kittens are being born all year around. There are buildings owned by RCT council that have been empty for years. This is now an urgent matter due to the number of cats and kittens we have to get in. It's so cold and they are still on the street.
