Rejected petition Use speeding fine revenue to Maintain, Improve and Expand the Cycle route network across Wales.

Cycle lanes across Wales are often poorly maintained, Inadequate and conflict with other road users.
Increasing separation between motor vehicles and cyclists would encourage more people to use cycle tracks promote active travel in general.
Some portion of the revenue should also be spent to repair potholes as these are a hazard to all road use regardless of vehicle.
Using the revenue to benefit road users would help renounce the opinion that speed cameras are just a cash cow for the Police.
