Rejected petition have an independant review of the 20 mph limits

the review of the 20 mph limit needs to be by an organisation that isnt linked to its introduction so it can give an unbiased opinion.
it needs to take into account public opinion, travel concerns, transport and delivery companies, public transport cuts since the introduction, and how the money for its introduction could have been better spent in the public interest.
