Rejected petition Make all Councils provide cat rescue centres

There is currently no requirement to deal with found or abandoned cats. The legal responsibility for local authorities only extends to stray dogs. This petition calls on the Welsh Government to make it statutory for each Council in Wales to provide a cat rescue facility.
