Rejected petition There is no cap set for private landlords and a 60% increase has be able to go ahead for tenants

Private landlords have no cap set by the Welsh government Please help change this. There is a cap set on social housing so why not the Private sector. You are not able to refuse the crazy increase or court action will be taken against you. There is no law protecting us
