Petition require student accommodation to only request rent after the student loan has been paid.
As a student, I have found that private accommodations, request large amounts of money at weird times, and many families and students will struggle to pay this before they receive their student loans. I belive this should change so that more people in wales can have access to universities and accommodations for it without having their savings wiped out.
