Many people are excluded from using some services because some don't have bank accounts, others are living on a budget and find cash easier to keep track of their spending. Others are not tech savvy or are afraid of using digital means due to the heightened security risk. Disabled and elderly citizens can have particular difficulties with tech.
These above are just some of those excluded from some shops and services, due to their inability to use tech.
