Petition Turn the M4 Junction 41 slip roads into lanes
The M4 at Junction 41 becomes very congested during peak hours because of how outdated the slip roads are. People slow down on the slip road to around 30mph to join the motorway which slows down cars already on the motorway and this then causes a domino effect for all the other cars to slow down.
Turning these slip roads into lanes by removing the hard shoulder between Junction 41 on both sides would stop this and help traffic flow much better. As an example Junction 43 already does this.
