Rejected petition Save the environment and money by reducing the need for bilingual information and signage

With the health care, education and council services cutting back essential services; one significant saving could be made by reducing the unnecessary paperwork and signage having to be printed bilingual.
With all Welsh speakers also speaking English, and literacy levels being so poor as it is, the money spent on wasted paperwork and signage could be better spent on essential care, health, education and local services.
