Rejected petition Rhondda Cynon Taf to release £10 million to spend on flood defences

Residents in Rhondda Cynon Taf have suffered enough from flooding over the last several years and RCT has done little to prevent it happening again, yet they sit on over £200 million that could be spent on building various flooding defences within the County.

Those within RCT that have also been affected by the flooding should receive financial assistance.
