Rejected petition To force the investigation of speed entrapment sites

Nation wide investigation has found that there are many incorrectly placed, signed and enforced speed limits on roads around the UK.

The police refuse to investigate or acknowledge these locations where drivers have been convicted against the road traffic act 1984 section .85 that states they could not have been convicted at many of these entrapment sites specially created to mislead drivers.

More details

The police, crown prosecution service, councils, courts, ministry of justice, home office and department of transport refuse to acknowledge this corruption and fraud against the driver and legal abuse against the driver from the Police, CPS and courts.

Many barristers and police as well as barristers have perverted the course of justice to secure the illegitimate conviction of drivers for speeding offences where convictions were not possible.
