2.5 % of population in UK have learning difficulties.

Opportunities for recreation are extremely limited for those with learning difficulties in comparison to the more able. It should be the case that a business offering recreation to adults and children offers regular sessions suitable for ALN (exclusively ALN). Parents/carers should no longer solely rely on charities organising activities or businesses offering infrequent random opportunities.

The number of exclusive sessions should be proportionate to the number of children and adults with learning difficulties (2.5%). These opportunities could be published on a central database for parents/carers to access.
