Rejected petition Introduce storm drains for torrential rain so the roads dont get as flooded with wet weather

The drainage is horrendous as the current drains have weeds growing out of them or are blocked with leaves, and this is stopping water from entering the drains which leads to standing water on the roads and could lead to accidents
